اتعهد بالتالي :

• جميع المعلومات و البيانات الشخصية للموظفين التي اطلعت عليها او تم إطلاعي عليها بحكم عملي في هذه المؤسسة
• عدم الافصاح عن اي معلومات او بيانات شخصية للموظفين لاي طرف اخر ، سواء داخل المؤسسة او خارجها ، الا في الحالات المصرح بها بموجب القوانين و الانظمة المعمول بها.
• اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات و الاحتياطات اللازمة لضمان عدم وصول اي معلومات او بيانات شخصية للموظفين الي ايدي الغير.
• هذا التعهد حتى بعد انتهاء علاقتي الوظيفية مع هذه المؤسسة.

و اتحمل كامل المؤولية القانونية و الجنائية عن الاخلال بهذا التعهد. اقر بالاطلاع و الموافقة على ما ذكر اعلاه .


I undertake the following :

• Maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and data of the employees that I have accessed or been made privacy to by virtue of my work in this institution.
• Not to disclose any employee’s personal information or data to any other party, whether inside or outside the institution, except in cases authorized by the applicable laws and regulations.
• Take all necessary measures and precautions to ensure that no employee’s personal information or data reaches the hands of others.
• Adhere to this pledge even after the termination of my employment relationship with this institution.

I bear full legal and criminal responsibility for breach of this pledge. For the above, I agree and confirm upon my acknowledgement.
