Job Summary: |
The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical support for water chemical treatment solutions. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, addressing customer needs, and ensuring the effective delivery of services. |
Key Responsibilities: |
Sales and Business Development: · Identify and pursue sales opportunities for water chemical treatment products and services. · Develop and maintain a client database to generate leads and drive sales growth. · Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Customer Service: · Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Eastern Province, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. · Provide product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer requirements. · Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful delivery and application of products. Technical Support: · Offer technical expertise to customers, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting. · Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper product application and problem resolution. · Stay updated on the latest advancements in water treatment technologies to provide value-added support.
Market Analysis and Reporting: · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. · Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and market dynamics. Relationship Management: · Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. · Represent the company professionally at trade shows, seminars, and client meetings. Collaboration: · Work closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. · Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies. |
Key Skills & Qualifications: |
Familiarity with industrial water treatment applications is a plus.
v Excellent sales and negotiation skills. v Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. v Effective communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English. v Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. |
