IT Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the Group's information technology infrastructure and business systems across all companies.
This role ensures that IT services, security, and business system development are aligned with the operational and strategic needs of a diversified family business group.


Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations Management

  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software across all locations.
  • Supervise day-to-day IT support to ensure operational uptime for offices, manufacturing sites, warehouses, and remote locations.
  • Lead the management of cloud systems, email services, VPNs, data backup, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.

 

Information Systems Development 

  • Lead the development, customization, and maintenance of internal business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, payroll systems, etc.).
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments to automate processes, enhance workflows, and deliver customized digital solutions.
  • Manage integration projects between different platforms and third-party systems.

 

Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to other departments to understand business needs and propose IT solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Lead IT participation in business transformation projects (e.g., system migrations, ERP upgrades, digital initiatives).

 

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Develop and implement group-wide cybersecurity strategies to protect company data and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (local labor laws, VAT compliance, privacy laws, etc.).
  • Conduct regular security assessments, risk management, and user awareness trainings.

 

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage relationships with IT service providers, system integrators, software vendors, and consultants.
  • Review, negotiate, and control IT and ISD-related contracts to ensure value-for-money procurement.

 

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage the IT & ISD annual budget.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective management of IT resources.

 

Project Management

  • Lead IT and systems projects from initiation to completion (requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and change management).
  • Ensure timely delivery of IT projects within scope and budget.

 

Team Management

  • Supervise and develop the IT team (support engineers, developers, database administrators, etc.).
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and skills development for team members.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·         7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in IT management and systems development roles.

·         Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday), and/or custom business applications.

·         Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and Microsoft technologies (O365, SharePoint, etc.).

·         Familiarity with family-owned or multi-company business environments is a strong advantage.

·         PMP or ITIL certification (preferred).
